Arne Christian Larsen

Born and educated in Sweden. Graduated from University of Gothenburg with a BBA in Accounting and Finance. Completed several courses and examination in U.S Tax and business laws at University of Houston. Yearly completion of CPE courses and examination in U.S. tax laws and regulations and related fields. Worked for the Swedish Tax Administration as a Tax Auditor for 3 years; attended renowned courses in domestic and international tax laws and auditing techniques offered by the tax administration. Accepted job offer in Houston, TX with major international drilling company as International Tax manager. Travelled and interacted with tax authorities in countries where the company had projects and offices; including India, Malaysia, Singapore and Latin America. Held positions with major international transportation groups as Controller, Vice President of Finance and CFO while holding such position worked closely with external consulting firms such as Arthur Andersen, Price Waterhouse Cooper and their local and international offices on different tax and accounting matters. Multilingual: Fluent in English, Spanish, Swedish, Norwegian; some French and German.
